Things to do AFTER

 your staff survey

After the survey, it is recommended that all staff be made aware of the following information:

how staff will be able to access results

how results will be used

any actions that they will be expected to take

expected timeframes for follow-up actions

whether or not any funding will be made available for local strategies/actions (incl. processes & amounts), and

who is the sponsor/champion of the process (e.g. the CEO or HR Director)

You may wish to take a multi-tiered approach to responding to the survey results.

That is, investing in initiatives at a number of levels including:
1) organisational,
2) divisional, and
3) work unit level.

The worksheet below may assist an organisation to keep track of team-level actions.
